Outbid India sells one thing: promotional placement in a single slot on this website's front page, at a price posted before you pay.
By paying for the slot you agree to everything on this page and on the Rules and Refunds pages. If you don't agree, don't pay.
You are buying advertising space — a name, one line of text, and one link displayed in the front-page slot. You hold the slot from the moment your payment clears until someone else pays the next posted price. There is no minimum duration, and none is implied. Someone may take the slot seconds later.
This is not an auction, a game, a contest, or a wager. The price is fixed and displayed before payment, nothing is decided by chance, and no payment can fail to deliver the slot.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You must own or be authorised to promote whatever you submit. You are solely responsible for the name, text, and link you provide, and for anything at the other end of that link.
Every submission is checked automatically before payment. That check is a filter, not a guarantee and not an endorsement. Passing it does not mean your listing has been approved, vetted, or accepted permanently.
You can be removed after passing review. We may review any listing again at any time, by automated means or by a human, and remove it if we consider it in breach of these terms or otherwise unsuitable. Passing the initial check gives you no protection against later removal.
We may remove any listing, refuse any submission, or block any person or link from the site at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice and with or without giving a reason. That decision is final and not subject to appeal.
Reasons may include, without limitation: breach of the content rules; a link that stops working, changes destination, or turns out to be something other than it appeared; complaints, legal demands, or requests from a payment provider, host, registrar, or authority; attempts to game the pricing or the site; or our own judgement that a listing is unsuitable for the front page.
No removal carries a refund. See Refunds.
A removed listing stays on the permanent record as [removed]. The entry and the amount remain; the text and link stop being served.
Everything ever displayed in the slot is recorded permanently and publicly, including the name, the line of text, the link, the amount, and the time. That record is part of what the site is. Submitting a listing is a public, permanent act. Do not submit anything you would want erased later.
We give no warranty of any kind. We do not promise the site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or seen by any particular number of people. Visitor, view, and "watching now" figures are counted approximately and are provided for interest only — they are not audited, not guaranteed, and must not be relied on as a measure of delivered advertising.
We may change the price, the ladder, the rules, the design, or any part of how the site works at any time. We may pause, reset, or discontinue the site entirely. We may shut the site down, take the domain offline, or delete the hosting at any time, and our decision to do so is final. No such change creates any entitlement to a refund, credit, or compensation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with this site is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the thirty days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, or lost goodwill.
Nothing here excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be contracted away.
Links in listings are submitted by third parties and are not endorsed, checked for accuracy, or in any way vouched for by us. Follow them at your own risk. Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
